This guy has taught us how to be parents, and is a very smart boy who never forgets anything! He also has a very silly side, and finds great joy in scaring people and speaks some kind of jibberish language with his best friend. His sweet side comes out when he is quite patient with Annie and is a very empathetic classmate to those who do not have many friends, and his strong side is nurtured each night when he exercises (his request!) before bed.
I took a cookie cake to Cade's school to share with his class, and they got to listen to a funny video of the minions singing happy birthday!
After school, Cade requested a snack from Sonic. Who can resist a birthday boy?
We had a fun night with Ninja Turtles and lots of candles in a double chocolate cookie!
What does Cade Asher like in his 7th year?
Favorite foods: Tortillas and queso, C&Js mac and cheese, Daddy's hamburgers with bacon, Daddy's pancakes, double chocolate cookies, shrimp, applesauce and granola bars for a snack, purple gatorade, Spoons, and more. We are very thankful that his palate has expanded as he's gotten older, and it is fun to see him try new foods with a good attitude!
Favorite shows and characters: Pokemon, Ninja Turtles, and American's Funniest Videos
Favorite things to do: Be with family, RUN, jump on the trampoline, play on the ipad, play with Ninja Turtles and superheros, go to the pool, math, and buy Pokemon cards
Favorite friend: Garrett!
Cade still does karate, and got promoted to green belt the day after his birthday! He is super excited about the summer uniform at karate.
We hope Cade always loves being with family as much as he does now. Happy birthday and we love you!
