We haven't seen the school pictures yet, but his teacher said that he did a good job and even gave the photographer a smile. Hopefully I'll be able to post them soon!
Later that morning, I took Cade to the dentist for the first time. I've heard several horror stories, so I didn't expect it to go well, but I was pleasantly surprised! He fussed a little during the exam, but overall both the dentist and I were pleased. He has 12 teeth and everything is coming in correctly. This office definitely caters to kids... there were plenty of blocks and cars to play with in the waiting area.
Orange Man went to the dentist too and had his teeth examined. Cade and I practiced saying "roar" like a lion to help him open his mouth for the dentist, and the dentist was also nice enough to let Cade examine his teeth, too.
