O Christmas Trees

Our house is home to two Christmas trees this year - a "no touch" tree in the living room, and Cade's own tree in his room. He likes looking at the photo ornaments on the big tree, and especially likes the fact that he can redecorate his tree as often as he wants. His tree is the same one that I had in my room when I was little, and most of his ornaments were made by family members last Thanksgiving while Cade was in the hospital. We have so much to be thankful for, this year and always.

Cade also has fun with his magnetic Advent calendar. He finds it VERY hard to only move one animal or person each day, so I usually have to "fix" it when he is not looking.

We made the angel that tops his tree. Glitter projects are fun!

I have so much fun decorating our tree each year and seeing all of the ornaments we've accumulated. So many fun memories for our little family!

Last night, I hosted a Cookie Exchange! Ten of us brought our favorite cookies and took samples of everyone's treats home. Everything was delicious and it was so much fun to spend time with girlfriends. Check out all of our tasty treats!
