On the Way to Dallas...

Our 3rd adventure of the summer started last week with our journey to Dallas. We stopped at White Hair Nana's house in Bremond for some wonderful visiting and lunch. She is such a great lady! Right away, Cade remembered her box of toys and they got busy playing in the living room. Annie became Nana's 6th great-grandchild to have a fabulous time climbing her stairs. We were so glad to start our trip off with seeing White Hair Nana.



Our next stop was the Hull's house. It is hard to believe that we haven't seen them since I was pregnant with Annie! They got to meet her and we got to see their new house for the first time. After the kids played outside for a little while, this is what we found the big kids doing:


Totally zoned out, playing Mario Kart. So much for assuming they would spend all afternoon running around together!

After a quick hot dog dinner, we had to hit the road for Papaw and Melly's house. It was so wonderful to see our college friends, and we will never go this long between visits again!



I also got to see my friend Rebecca while we were in Dallas. We took our girls to Firewheel Mall, which is somewhere I could spend A LOT of time and money! Chance is probably glad that Annie was tired and hungry, so we had to leave :) Annie and Rebecca's daughter Megan had never met each other, so they weren't too excited about being in a pic together. But they played nicely at the playground and Meg made sure Annie didn't fall into the fountain!



The rest of our visit was spent having lots of fun with lots of members of the Locklear clan!
