Matt & Shannon's Wedding

Chance's cousin Matthew married a great girl named Shannon on Saturday. This was one of the MOST FUN weddings we have ever been to! We were very blessed that Chance and Cade had parts in the wedding - Chance was a Scripture reader and a groomsman and Cade was the ringbearer. I was the smiling and extremely proud wife and mom :)

The rehearsal dinner was at Wings and More - delicious!



On Saturday, wedding festivities started at 12:00 with getting dressed at the church.





Aren't they handsome? Sorry about the quality of the photos... my iphone usually does pretty well but it was having a hard time with the lighting in the church.





After pre-wedding pics, Cade had some quality time with his dinosaurs. Yes, I brought a backpack full of dinosaurs, monster trucks, and snacks to a wedding. And ALL of it got used :)



The ceremony was so pretty. Shannon chose beautifully coordinating colors and everyone looked wonderful! They also had a top-notch photographer that was very easy to work with and already posted a sneak peek of pics on facebook! I took the liberty of stealing a few...







Onto the reception!! It was really fun to see all of Chance's family and lots of friends. Cade surprised us all and was not only in a good mood, but tore it up on the dance floor!! He seriously danced almost every song. It was my first time to be asked to dance by my son, and it was a mama highlight! We were so proud of him!





Carrying a 40 lb kid during the Grand March makes it quite a workout! I'm smiling in the background because I had just handed Cade over to Chance





Getting a little giddy/sleepy...



Time to head home!! We were so thankful to be part of this special day!
