Annabeth - 3 months

Our little Annie is a quarter of a year old! Wow!! This is what she's been up to this month:

Eating: I think she is going through a growth spurt, because she has been eating much more often than she did last month. Once in awhile she still treats us to a night with only one interruption, but sometimes she is hungry 3 times. It is a good thing she is cute!! And I'm so thankful for the opportunity to provide her with the milk she needs. Another good milestone is that she is doing much better with bottles, which let me teach CPR, run errands, and pack up my office in the few weeks.

Sleeping: We usually get at least one long nap out of her each day, and she still catnaps a couple of times in the evening. As long as she is swaddled, she sleeps really well until she gets hungry. The biggest news is that she has been sleeping in her own bed since Friday, July 12! What a big girl! This has resulted in better sleep for her, Chance, and me. Wonderful! I took her 3 month picture in her bed to remember this big move! She will sometimes still sleep in the Baby Bjorn if I stay in constant motion.

Enjoying: Cooing!! She makes the most precious noises and has quite a bit to say! Chance and I can easily tell when her talking changes from happy to upset, but other people always think she sounds happy! We all love listening to her talk to us. She is also doing great with tummy time and tried really hard to roll over one day. Outside is a fun place to be, and she likes going on stroller rides if we can get out before it is insanely hot outside. Annie and Cade still love each other very much, and they both seem so happy to see each other in the mornings and when he gets home from school.

Not enjoying: Still does NOT like the car! We will all be much happier when this phase ends! She also seems to have inherited the hatred of the camera that Cade had when he was younger. She can be all smiles and cooing, and the minute a camera or even one of our phones appears, she gets very solemn.

We love our little girl so much! She has added so much to our lives in 3 months and we have so many adventures ahead.
