Regular Life

Not every single activity this month is focused on Christmas, but sometimes they are still photo worthy.

We had a little adventure in the backyard when the football went over the fence into the brushy field by our house. Last time this happened, Uncle Chris was at our house and his long legs scaled the fence very easily. Thankfully, my husband is extremely athletic and was able to hop over the fence himself!

One quiet afternoon, the boys shared a bowl of Doritos while watching football, and Annie and I colored. While I always feel like I have 1000 things to do, moments like this must be treasured!

Our friends Cody and Michaela welcomed their son Bryce Lee this month and I got to meet him. He is absolutely perfect.

Annie had her first visit to the dentist! I have put this off because she is a biter and I could not handle her biting the dentist, because Dr. Light is the BEST pediatric dentist in the universe and we all love her. Thankfully, Annie got through the visit with only a little crying and no bites! She loved playing with the toys while we waited and loved all the prizes she got at the end.

We had some fun Mama-Annie time at a playground afterwards. This girl is fun loving and fearless!

After the fun at the playground, I gave Annie the option of going to some stores with me or going to school. She picked school! At least she likes it there, and hopefully one day she will be my shopping buddy!
