These Hornets are unstoppable! They continued their undefeated trend this weekend by beating the Giddings Buffalos 37-35. At the risk of sounding completely addicted to high school football, I will say that this was one of the most exciting football games I've ever attended! The lead was back and forth the first half, but the Hornets were on fire in the second half. Giddings nearly scored with 2 seconds left in the game, but thankfully they did not, so we had a good rest of the weekend :)
A surprise was waiting for us in the stands! Papaw came (in disguise to surprise Cade) and brought Halloween treats for Cade and the Goodlett boys.
