Cade helped me complete our front porch pumpkin display. He tells them good morning every day when we walk Daddy outside to go to work.
The school picture lady strikes again! Once again, I caved and purchased the precious picture of our son. I even forgot it was picture day this year, so please excuse the lack of a cute outfit.

Cade and the Goodlett boys before the Navasota game two weeks ago.
Great Oma and Aunt Gerry also joined us for the game!
Unfortunately, the Hornets had their first loss of the season that night. Everybody was disappointed, but their record is still awesome!
That Saturday, Cade and I made apple stamps for a fun craft project. I got the idea from my friend Kelsey's blog: www.createathome.blogspot.com. I really admire her creativity. These are our creations!
This past Friday, the Hornets beat the La Grange Leopards in OVERTIME! It was a very exciting game and we were so proud of the players and coaches. This was also the coldest game we've had so far, and it was great to finally wear a jacket and not sweat! Cade was really sleepy at the game after not taking much of a nap on Friday, so he was ready for night-night by the time we saw Chance.
Cade still loves the big helmet!
